Haroon Sadiq
- Years of coaching and mentoring colleagues in a large corporate environment

Coaching and mentoring are not therapy, and they are not licensed professions in the UK. That is why we are open about our training and about what coaching can and cannot do.
Honest about fit.
- We tell you plainly if we are not the right people to help, and where else to look
- We keep coaching, mentoring and therapy separate, and do not blur one into another
- We do not promise outcomes, and we never pressure anyone to begin
- Any kind words on this site are real, in the person's own words, and shared with permission
- We are not an emergency service. See Crisis Support
Tell us first.
If you are unhappy with anything, tell the person you are working with, or write to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your message within five working days, listen properly, and tell you what we will do about it.
For Rya's therapy work, you can also raise a concern with the BACP, whose professional conduct process applies to its members.
Handled with care.
