Building House of Hayvn together
Our professional paths are different. What unites us is a shared belief that when people are given the chance to grow, heal and be understood, lives, families and communities can change.

Character, the same at work and at home.
I didn't set out to build a business. I set out to build a better home.
For years, Rya and I have worked on our marriage the way people work on a house: honestly, and mostly in the moment. We have difficult conversations instead of avoiding them. We own our mistakes, adapt and lean on each other. Over time I noticed that the way we were learning to live was changing more than our marriage. It was changing the kind of father I wanted to be to Haani and Ayva, and the kind of leader I wanted to be at work.
That is why leadership, family and legacy matter so much to me. I believe character should be the same at work and at home, and that every one of us is, whether we realise it or not, pouring something into the next generation.
I work in leadership coaching, mentoring and speaking, and I am completing a Level 5 professional coaching qualification. I don't see coaching as giving answers. I see it as asking good questions and helping someone discover that the pen is still in their hands.
We build ourselves so we can help build others.
A space without judgement.
Healing begins when someone feels safe enough to be understood. That belief is at the heart of my work as a therapist.
I am a psychotherapist trained in cognitive behavioural therapy. I never stopped learning after qualifying, and I don't think I should. The people who trust us with their stories deserve our very best.
At home, Haroon and I hold each other accountable with compassion. We have learned that kindness and honesty belong together, and that growth is a choice you make again each day. I try to bring the same thing to my work: a space without judgement, and a belief that change is possible.
House of Hayvn is where our two paths meet: his coaching and my therapeutic perspective, under one roof, for the same purpose.

One house, many rooms.
We see ourselves less as owners of House of Hayvn than as its first custodians.
Entrusted to look after something bigger than ourselves, and to pass it on in a better state than we found it. We only tell our story when it helps someone understand their own, and we offer it with humility.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We look forward to getting to know you too.
The door is always open.
Tell us a little about where you are, and we will help you find the right place to start.
