A space to heal
A compassionate place to reflect, understand yourself and move forward, at a pace that is yours.
Being heard is where it begins.
In developmentHealing is not about becoming the person you were before life became difficult. It is about being shaped by life without being defined by it.
Therapy at House of Hayvn is being developed by Rya Sadiq, a psychotherapist trained in cognitive behavioural therapy. Her work is rooted in compassion, curiosity and the belief that people heal when they feel safe enough to be understood.
We are preparing this room carefully. If you would like to be told when it opens, or you would like to talk about whether therapy might help, please get in touch.
Compassion and accountability together.
- You are a person first, before any diagnosis, label or chapter of your story
- Healing is rarely a straight line, and progress matters more than perfection
- Asking for help is wisdom, not weakness
- Change is possible, and you do not have to carry everything alone
Evidence-informed practice matters. So does genuine human connection. Methods should support the relationship, never replace it.
Not an emergency service
House of Hayvn does not provide crisis or emergency support. If you are in danger or need urgent help, please use the numbers on our Crisis Support page.
